Please let us know by midnight the day you receive your spider and send us the necessary pictures/videos showing your deceased spider. We are able to cover the entire cost of the spider, shipping is nonrefundable. We aim to make the process simple and straightforward, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
 
Enclosures, playgrounds, and other spider accessories are nonrefundable.
